At just 17, Jiya immersed herself in advanced biological data analysis under the mentorship of university professors. She explored how computer science can accelerate breakthroughs in genomics, disease modeling, and environmental biology. Her work involved handling complex datasets, applying algorithmic thinking, and presenting analytical findings to peers. **American Academy of Aesthetics – Intern (May 2025 – Ongoing)**

Working in a professional clinical setup, Jiya gained first-hand exposure to the science and artistry of aesthetic medicine. She observed non-surgical procedures, learned patient-interaction protocols, and understood the role of ethics and empathy in healthcare. During her dental internship, Jiya shadowed doctors to understand patient care from consultation to recovery. Her exposure to advanced dental technologies and hygiene protocols developed her sense of precision and patient empathy. She enjoyed learning how clinical teamwork and clear communication ensure high-quality patient experiences.

**Mind4Youth – Marketing Intern (February 2025)**

As a marketing intern for a youth mental-health nonprofit, Jiya applied her psychology knowledge to real-world advocacy. She worked with design and content teams to create campaigns promoting emotional resilience and awareness.
